Having been a sports and fitness enthusiast all my life, I decided to turn my passion into a lifestyle. Since becoming a trainer I have been able to explore many different areas of health and fitness. .

My goal is to share my knowledge with my clients, so that they can feel their best and live a positive and balanced lifestyle.

As a New York City Marathon and trail race runner, I have applied my own principles and disciplines into my workouts believing in the statement “training for life.” I use a combination of different training styles which keep the workout sessions fun, effective and safe. Whether you are new to exercise, training for an event or just looking to improve your overall fitness, I'm here to motivate you and help you achieve your goals.
